Wil is a Master of the Flow Arts of Poi and Dragonstaff with over 9 years under his belt of daily training and practice.
Wil's vigilance and attention to detail shows as he has perfected the concept of effortless effort: The Flow State. Colloquially known as being "in the zone", this state of mind brings ultimate focus and maximum performance all while being utterly absorbed in the present moment.
